Hi backers!
I just wanted to give you a quick update and progress report. Below, you will find the status list of all rewards in production
In Production
Cards - Being Printed
Tucks - Printing completed and sent to Card Printer
Collector Case - Sleeves being printed and extra boxes being made
T-Shirts - Not in production yet
Coins - Everything is approved and in production
Pins - Production Completed, in warehouse awaiting fulfillment
Stickers - Production Completed, in warehouse awaiting fulfillment
BackerKit
It looks like fulfillment won't be happening until January or February of 2026. I won't be charging credit cards (i.e purchases for shipping and additional add-ons) until after the first of the year.
Everything is on time and moving down the path of production. Can't wait to have everything in my hands and then send them out to all of you.

BackerKit Surveys Are Coming!

First, I want to thank you for your patience and apologize for the delay in sending out this update. As I prepared to send surveys, I realized that the Kickstarter pledge manager would have added taxes on top of the shipping fees. I didn’t feel it was right to spring that extra cost on you unexpectedly. To avoid this, I decided to switch over to BackerKit for the surveys. This way, everything will be clear and transparent when you receive your survey—no surprises.
Timeline:
Sending Surveys -- October 1, 2025
Finalize Item Counts -- October 30, 2025
Charge Credit Cards -- December 1, 2025
Lock Down Surveys -- January 1, 2025
Fulfillment Starts -- January 15, 2025
BackerKit Surveys
On October 1st, you’ll receive an email from us with a special link to your BackerKit survey. It’s important to respond to your survey as quickly as possible, since we need this information to fulfill your rewards.
You don’t need to create a BackerKit account to fill out your survey. When you receive the email, simply click the survey link to respond. You’ll be able to:
Answer questions about your reward preferences
Provide your shipping information
Purchase any add-on items you’d like
You don’t have access to this survey link yet, but it will be available soon via email!
After you complete your survey, you can return later and change your responses at any time before we close the surveys and lock in the final counts.
If you need to review your information or pledge status, you can return to your survey by clicking the link in your survey email or by requesting your survey link under “Lost your survey?” on our BackerKit project page:
If you used your Facebook credentials to log in to Kickstarter, the BackerKit survey will be sent to the email address tied to your Facebook account. If you’d like to use a different email, please contact BackerKit support here:
In your surveys, you will see your price for shipping. This will be collected around December 1, 2025.

FUNDED! Reign of Kings — The Journey Ahead

Dear Royals,
Reign of Kings has been fully funded! Thanks to your support, the kingdom is stronger than ever, and the decks are already moving into production.
What's Next?
Kickstarter Surveys and Pledge Manager are coming in the next couple of weeks: I will send out an update when I send your surveys. Please fill out the surveys and get it back to me as soon as possible or else I can not send your rewards since I won't have your address. I will also send out instructions for fulling out your surveys.
I will be sending out regular updates in the next couple of months to keep you all up to date.
Failed payments
Kickstarter has been processing your credit cards. Sometimes your card fails. This happens for all my projects. It's normal. Most of the time it is due to expired cards.
Dropped Backers and Pre-Orders:
It looks like there is about 10 backers with errored pledges. All they need to do is repledge for their Reign of Kings through the main campaign page.
If your pledge is good, you will get a confirmation email. If not, Kickstarter will help you with an email saying that the pledge was not collected and should guide you through the process of fixing the issue.
For Reign of Kings, I will be using pledge manager through Kickstarter, so backers will be able to add to their pledge.
When you complete your pledge manager, you will be able to:
Confirm the accuracy of what you pledged
Enter your shipping address
Add-on to your pledge
Timeline
August – September 2025: Production begins. The cards, tuck boxes, and gilded editions are being crafted with precision and care.
October 2025: Quality checks and final approvals. We’ll ensure every detail meets the royal standard before fulfillment begins.
November – December 2025: decks should arrive and go out to all of you great backers. The decks and add-ons will be shipped out to backers around the globe.
We’ll keep you updated along the way with photos, behind-the-scenes looks, and progress reports as the decks move closer to your hands.
